Guest guest
Barbara, I was seeing an excellent accupuncturist before my amalgams were out, and she was the first person to recognize my mercury toxicity. We were working on digestive issues (nutrient absorption) and allergies, and she explained to me that mercury blocks channels and often prevents accupuncture from being effective. She recommended having the amalgams removed - and I did. We relocated and I no longer have access to accupuncture, but my current ND recommended a healing form of exercise call Qigong. I bought a very informative video for this last summer and I'm amazed at what it's doing for me. Whether it's 'stagnant chi (qi?)', or release of accumulations in lymph nodes or something else, I don't know, but I'm certain it's helping me move toxins out a lot faster and in general is a great strengthening & toning/fitness routine. It's great for loosening up muscles & joints, among other things. In my experience, it's really important to pursue health improvements from many different angles.
