Guest guest
Barb, This article reminded me that I hadn't told the group about the path report from my tx. Interestingly it said I had PBC. I've asked the tx coor about that because it seemed really odd to me like maybe they didn't even look at the old liver under a scope. The other interesting thing is that they reported a gallbladder specimen. That is very odd since I had my gallbladder out in 95 which is when the PSC (or whatever I had) was dx. Does the gallbladder regenerate like the liver?? Maybe I just shouldn't believe anything in the path report. I just thought this might be interesting for the group. Guest guest
Barby,I think I'd report these weird finding to my doctor, or even the medical director. It sounds as though they were looking at the wrong specimen.
