Guest guest
I wasn't in great pain, but it was seriously affecting my sleep. I could only get about 3-4 hours of sleep each night. It was starting to affect some activities -- shoveling snow was a chore, running had become very difficult as did most physical exercise. It did not rupture. Recovery isn't terribly bad. I was walking the same day and had no restrictions with walking or stairs. I'll still have groin soreness for a few weeks and swelling for about two months. Sitting uop was laborious for about a week. There is an unbelievable difference though. Email me back channel and I can share more details. > > , > Will you tell me about the hernia surgery. Bob is suffering with his second and is putting it off until next year because of insurance issues and he will turn 65 (medicare). Were you in great pain, did it rupture, how long is your recovery, etc. Thank you. > > dee > > > Sorry this is delayed, but I had hernia surgery on the 15th. > > >
