Just do the best you can, Pam. We all know you are just getting back into this

but your weight loss so far should inspire you to stay on track and keep posting

for accountability. You are doing great so far!

checking in

This is going to be hard, checking in each day. Not cause I don't

wanna, but for time. (Texan talk here)

Anway, had my water today, not 64 oz yet though. But will be up all

night long!

Scrambled eggs/bacon for breakfast

turkey, lettuce/ slice of tomatoe for lunch

grilled chicken, green beans for dinner

and I even walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill, slowly starting

though. Didn't do a mile in that 20 minutes.

Hope all is going well for all you other challengers. I have not

read the post yet to congratulate anybody! So good luck!

I would NOT omit the salad if I were you. It won't add that many carbs, and it's very important for other reasons, even if it should push you over the 20 gram carb limit for the day. Perhaps reducing the equal by half, or using a liquid sweetener would be a better option if you still want to reduce carbs?

Don't omit the salad. Veggies should never be omitted. EVEN if they make

you go over your carb count. And next time plan better - make room for

the veggies first.

Don't forget veggies are an excellent candidate for fiber-deducting - so

they don't end up with that many carbs anyways and they are healthy in

so many ways.

Hi Sheryln,

I too went swimming for the first time in God knows when about 2-3

weeks ago. It wasn't for very long but I did it! .. and.. like you I

think I always get hungry after swimming. I don't remember now if I

kept to my willpower afterwards. The gym I belong to has an olympic

size swimming pool. I plan to swim more.

Well, speaking of all this excersize, I think I better get going

here.

I'm going to the doctor on Monday. I am hoping he can give me some ideas of

how to deal with it. It's only happened four or five times, but the thing is

the last two have been less than a month apart. Every time I have one, so

I've read, it damages my pancreas. That freaks me out!

I'm going to the doctor on Monday. I am hoping he can give me some ideas of

how to deal with it. It's only happened four or five times, but the thing is

the last two have been less than a month apart. Every time I have one, so

I've read, it damages my pancreas. That freaks me out!

Hi Wally: I do hope you are having a great day. Even though I joined

in on the chat last night, and it was a great one, today I feel down.

I don't have any idea why, maybe it is because I did too much yesterday

in the apt here, like 4 loads of laundry, washed the kit. floor, cooked

and " tried to breathe " all at the same time. I put my concentrator up

on #7 yesterday. I got my elec. bill last night and that is probably

why I am upset and " not normal " today. $428.00 and we went on the

budget plan last month. Just this month alone it was this high. My

hubby and I freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!!! The concentrator is so very very

expensive to use and it really eats up the electricity. We decided we

are going to use up all my oxy. canisters here, have about 10, and use

up the liq oxy. too. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I better go put my eye patch on, everything is blurred.

I LOVE YOU THIS DAY!!
