That's just my point. The muscle/nerve problem can cause actual bladder damage. I remember Dr. Weiss telling me that he wasn't too concerned about the bladder, not that it wasn't a problem, but that he wanted to address what was causing the problem.

Have you ever read Dr. Weiss' article "Screening for Neuromuscular Componants of Pelvic Pain"? I would also suggest goint to www.beyondbasicsphysicaltherapy and reading their article on PT on Endo.

Re: Private practice

Molly,My Pain Management doctor who is an osteopathic doctordiscovered at last visit that my sacral area was out ofalignment and did some work on the muscle around that area tooand I felt much better. In my case though, my bladder really is an issue and how I knowthat is because of some symptoms 7 years ago and again back inMarch when I had to have an ultrasound done. I just don't knowyet if it's the issue of IC or endo. We'll see after my mom isfully recovered from her surgery.Kristy :)____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _Moody friends.
