You have FT3 issues and need to go T3 only >Thyroid Peroxidase (TBO) Ab 17 (range) 0-34 >Antithyrogglobulin Ab <20 (range 0-40) >Ferritin serum 40 (range 13-150) LOW You could start T3 at this level and take it very slowly but would need to supplement 150 to 200mg of elemental iron a day split in 2 doses with vitamin C with each to get this ferritin up to a minimum of 70 to be able to take the T3 dose you need to get up to. There is a pretty good chance that your adrenals are also depleted, have you taken an adrenal saliva test or checked temperature stability???
