Temperatures normally vary over the course of a day. It's the averages over 5

days, as per Dr. Rind's chart, which will give information on the state of

adrenals.

Here's his link:

http://www.drrind.com/therapies/metabolic-temperature-graph

I am currently doing my own temp graph, so I'll paste it in here as an example.

I take temps at 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:30 PM

Tuesday 96.8/97.5/98.1 = average 97.5

Wednesday 97.2/97.8/97.6 = average 97.5

Thursday 97.2/97.6/97.7 = average 97.5

I still have two more days to graph, but so far my averages are stable (meaning

that I'm on enough adrenal support), but low (meaning I need to increase my T3).

Are you a member of the adrenal group? We discuss adrenal issues here to some

extent, but are primarily RT3-focused. There is more in-depth adrenal-specific

info there. Here's the link:

Hope this helps.

cortisol blood test I did a few weeks ago being at 19.3 (range 4.0 - 22.0), it

looks like I'm dropping a little from the saliva testing, but still at the high

end of the range for a.m. (But, I had started on HC the day before....had

taken 5 mg that day, so don't know if that affected it or not). I have also

been on a lot of adrenal support for the past two months. High doses of

Vitamin C, Pandrenol, C-Support, Magnesium, Pro-biotics, a good multi, EFA fish

oil, etc. I am waiting for my B-12 shots to come in, and in the meantime

supplementing with sublingual B-12, 5000 mcg. My main symptom is shortness of

breath, and the doctor seems to think that me taking the t3/t4 combo when my

adrenals were in bad shape may have contributed to or caused this.Â
