Broward -PB Cty: Friendship Cafe, where children with special needs take over local restaurant

 On Monday, October 29th children and teens with special needs from the Friendship Circle of North Broward & South Palm Beach will gather at Mozart Cafe in Boca Raton, FL to kickoff another exciting year of Friendship Cafe's.

Friendship Cafe is a monthly program where children and teens with special needs " take over " Mozart Cafe, a local dairy restaurant. Together under the guidance of their friendly staff and our experienced Friendship Circle volunteers that the children perfect, learn and develop many important skills. 

As a branch of Friendship Circles' Lifeskills program, the children will be serving seating and taking the customers orders.  This Monday, from 5:00 - 6:30pm please show your support for the Friendship Circle and join us for an evening at the new Mozart Cafe, 7300 W Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL 33433. A percentage of all proceeds will go towards the Friendship Circle.

The Friendship Circle is a meaningful program that reaches out and extends warmth and friendship to children with special needs and their families. Friendship Circle programs include Friends at Home, Holiday Programs, Sunday Circles, Moms night out, Winter Camp, Sib-shops, Life skills, Volunteer clubs, Special Strides Horse riding, Friendship Cafe and much more. This free program has been met with incredible success, and includes families and volunteers spanning across North Broward and South Palm Beach.
