Guest guest
If you are crying all the time, maybe it is anxiety causing your shortness of breath. I know you can get anxiety from low iron, low coritsol....I am definately not an expert, but from experience, when my iron was low the T3 wasn't working and I got very anxious and felt I needed more air. Just putting this out there, like I said I am no expert, still learning alot though from this GREAT GROUP OF LOVELY PEOPLE!!!!! Best wishes to you!! Hope you are feeling better soon!!! > > Val or someone....this shortness of breath is so frustrating and limits everything I do. I believe I could go to work and have enough energy to do what I need to do if I didn't have it. I am wondering if while I'm ramping up on Cytomel I'm taking enough HC? I'm taking 22.5 mcg per day. I've noticed that after I take my HC it feels like I'm breathing easier some. I take 10 mcg at 8:00 a.m., 7.5 mcg at noon, and 5 mcg at 4:00 p.m. I generally have trouble getting up and going, and then after dinner I get an energy burst, so I'm thinking my adrenals (cortisol) is backwards. I know I'm a baby, but someone PLEASE assure me that this symptom will go away when I get clearance! I am emotionally having a very tough time with this...crying every single day...more than once! SOOOO aggravating and scary. I welcome all comments! >
