interim protocol for leaking fillings

I have felt for the last 3-4 years that my fillings were leaking (I

have new cavities on both sets of upper molars, left and right). My

teeth regularly ache and burn (band of pain around temples when i

open my mouth to yawn) and the headaches are pretty constant and over

the last 8 months they have gotten worse due in part, I feel, to the

chorella and cilantro (BAD I know) and sulphur diet

I had been talked out of replacing them by two health care

professionals that seemed to know a lot about this, as they said my

health was too poor to do it. Unfortunately my health has remained

poor-gotten worse in the past year, in spite of an all organic diet

with no sugar, caffeine, or milk

this last week I saw another dentist (non huggins but biological and

good reputation) who indicated that my fillings definitely appeare

to be leaking as they are elevated (water and food has gotten under

them due to new cavities) and gums are bleeding in and around

fillings...sooo question as to what to take to mop up

QUESTION (S)

I have an appointment in the next 6-7 weeks to get my fillings

removed BUT feel I am actively leaking mercury and who knows what

else into my gut, which is causing ongoing new problems and when

combined with all the mercury that was stirred up by cilantro/sulphur

diet and chorella, means I should be taking something to mop up this

mew mercury/release such as???...

** activated charcoal

** selenomethionine\

** drinking glass of water with bentonite clay powder 2x daily

** vitamin C powder

** alka seltzer gold??...would this help\\

any other ideas

Thank you
