Guest guest
www.hiyah.net is free. Subject: Educational websites for kids - any suggestions? To: "sList " <sList >Date: Monday, February 27, 2012, 3:31 PM Hi there, My son has been playing on www.starfall.com (free) and www.morestarfall.com ($35/year) and is now ready to move on. I've tried to show him www.khanacademy.org/#browse but it's way too advanced from him. Any suggestions on any free or paid educational websites for kids? Guest guest
Glenda,I am very impressed with " Brainpop " ... approx. $99 per year but well worth it. My son Harry spends hours on there and learns a huge amount about any subject under the sun. He has also looked up everything from scientific subjects to puberty which has been an enormous help to him to understand the changes in his body. The info videos are animated and very clear. Best, Caroline This site may be too easy for your son, but you can take a look. My husband and I developed a free ABA based education site that is free to use with no sign up or sign in: http//:www.jacobslessons.com Jeanie Bachrach Clinical Director Reaching Potentials, Inc.
