I posted a couple of weeks ago about suggestions for protein shakes...Someone

told me WHEY if I can tolerate it because it raises glutathione levels..So

yesterday and this morning I have had 3 shakes total. .Could this be the cause

of my headaches and vision Off Round Symptoms?? Or would it be more nausea type

stuff?

TK--- have you tried increasing magnesium ? one shouldn't have to

push to have a bm, it will cause problems down the road - tears ,

hemorrhoids
