Guest guest
TK - She is on Mag Citrate from Natural Calm about 100mg or 1/2 tsp before bed and mag sulfate baths as well as liquid mag chloride 10 drops twice daily. Her mag levels were about the only thing that was normal. (most everything else was severely deficient) Mag was the first supplement we started with about two years ago. She streaks in her underwear and the BM's don't appear that they should be hard to push out. This is a constant issue. The carnatine has helped tremendously but I'm not sure how comfortable I am with increasing the dose. We recently completed an amino acid test that we haven't gotten back yet. Hopefully that will help. We have been using digestive enzymes for awhile and it appears that she can not tolerate all foods with these. I am wondering if she would be one of those kids that actually do better if we were to add back in the dairy with the enzymes. > > TK--- have you tried increasing magnesium ? one shouldn't have to > push to have a bm, it will cause problems down the road - tears , > hemorrhoids > Yes, Sadly we already have experienced these issues. But seem to be resolved if we keep yeast under control. Thanks, Melinda
