Guest guest
, Hi, it's good to hear from you again. For what it's worth the Chad product line continues to be available. Chad did sell it's entire O2 product line to Inovo about a year ago. The conservers (which in my opinion are some of the best out there) are manufactured in Naples Florida and marketed under the Chad Theraputics name. The Total O2 system is still available, I just checked and it's still being sold but I understand your hesitation to purchase it in the event there are warranty issues or something like that. Invacare makes a Homefill system. It's more expensive and has to be purchased in two separate units but it is available. Guest guest
Invacare and Devilbiss also have home fill systems. I've not used them so have no direct knowledge. I would imagine you'll see the various Chad products quickly resurface too as they were among the leaders on conserver devices. I'm sure Inova intends to market them. As to the concentrators, Philips acquired Respironics last year and I'm sure this is just further expansion. > > I was about ready to buy a home tank filler from Chad and then I > found this article : > Finding the home oxygen market inhospitable, CHAD Therapeutics is > looking for a friendlier reception as a sleep disorder company. Guest guest
As Beth indicated the products are still available. While there are no guarantees, I feel Chad was and is the leader. Also, the purchasing companies had no reason to buy and not to continue the products. > > , > Hi, it's good to hear from you again. Guest guest
Where did anybody who has one buy theirs ? Are there any oxygen suppliers I could get one from ? I've checked locally but since I live in the sticks I didn't get anywhere and I hate to buy from a website I don't know. W. > > > > , > > Hi, it's good to hear from you again.
