Guest guest Posted October 2, 2007 Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 ---Hi K, I have done sauna's since June. I can't say if they helped of didn't but I can tell you they did not make me worse. I did 15 minutes of exercise, then went to the sauna for 1/2 hour. That was all I could handle. I went every other day. I did feel fatigue on off days.
