Some do, I would say a majority do not offer that many benefits.

I noticed many of our employees would " op out " of the benefits and was wondering

if it is even worth the effort to offer these benefits, or just offer a higher

wage...Just curious for the future..EMT's..Paramedics what would you prefer??
