Guest guest
I actually am deficient in B12 – blood tests showed this – so I started taking supplements. After a year, it showed I was worse, so I had a visiting nurse come for awhile to give me injections. After several months I then started on B12 sublingual, as regular supplements did not absorb into my system. I really like them as there is no taste, and they dissolve under the tongue. I get them through the mail from TriVita. I take one 1000 mcg day. 1000 did nothing for the burning, I would be very curious if 2000 mcg would work. How much B12 would be too much? nne From: VulvarDisorders [mailto:VulvarDisorders ] On Behalf Of taurusrc@... If you are taking 1000 mg. daily I would be interested to know the brand. B12 comes in mcgs. usually. 1000 mcg = 1 mg.
