Guest guest
Hi Marie I do hope you get this sorted out, sorry I can't help. I do hope you can find someone sympathetic in officaldom and ask for their advise? Is it correct the way I read it is that you have been working part time and paying taxes with a supplementary benefit, so not being a drain on the US taxpayer? Sounds unfair. Perhaps when you it sorted you could write an article about applying for benefits etc. Good luck from the bottom of the world in New Zealand > > > Hi all, > > I've been working intermittently on disability for just over a year and it appears to have been a mistake. It appears it's better to just go on full-time disability. That way you can get your state disability for a year, and apply for SSDI disability. By the time the SSDI is approved, the state disability has run out. Now I'm faced with having been unable to apply for SSDI since I earned too much this past year. My state disability is about to run out, and NOW I need to go on full-time disability, and now I'll apply for SSDI, and it will take upwards of a year to be approved. What do I do in the mean time? > > Marie > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Get more out of the Web.
