Hi Marie

I do hope you get this sorted out, sorry I can't help.

I do hope you can find someone sympathetic in officaldom and ask for

their advise?

Is it correct the way I read it is that you have been working part

time and paying taxes with a supplementary benefit, so not being a

drain on the US taxpayer? Sounds unfair.

Perhaps when you it sorted you could write an article about applying

for benefits etc.

Good luck

and it appears to have been a mistake. It appears it's better to

just go on full-time disability. That way you can get your state

disability for a year, and apply for SSDI disability. By the time

the SSDI is approved, the state disability has run out. Now I'm

faced with having been unable to apply for SSDI since I earned too

much this past year. My state disability is about to run out, and

NOW I need to go on full-time disability, and now I'll apply for

SSDI, and it will take upwards of a year to be approved. What do I

do in the mean time?
