I just read the adrenal info on STTM again...I took my bp sitting and

then standing. Sitting was 118/74 and standing was 115/86. Do I have

to do it lying down, or is sitting sufficient? Should I have waited a

full five minutes in between readings? If so I will do it again.

I have 4 little ones running around so it is hard to lay down for 5 min

LOL
