Wednesday day 36 (5 and a bit weeks )Well, today was a great day. Had the usual blood tests, then went to the pharmacy and they gave me all the drugs I needed without questions or hassles and with repeats. I nearly fell over backwards.

I then went back to the ward where I am supposed to wait to see the dr (can wait till 1ish if he forgets) and told them if he wants to see me ring me up and I'll come back!! I then actually saw him and we did a 'middle of the corridor consultation', so I was able to go on my picnic without guilt.

The picnic was with my transplant twins Randall and , 's mother who catered magnificently, Darren who is still in Brisbane after a transplant in May, and his mother Ann. They are from country Qld and stuck in Bris with no car, until his kidney is working properly! The photo is not real good I'm sorry!

Anyway, the long and the short of it is that everything is still going great. The kids are happier at school, and can get there and back every day. is working, but using me as an excuse when he needs (which I don't mind) and spring is nearly sprung.

Take care, and remember to pray for those less fortunate than ourselves, whether it be in health, wealth or happiness.Lots of love Penny T
