Just a few ideas with out really changing too much.. a few things

you want to try and avoid any thing that stimulates the

thyroid..with Hashi's iodine is a no go.. with Synthroid and this

includes the T4 in Armour calcium and iron should be spaced 4 hours

apart as they interfere on more of a cellular level..

To me it also does not look like you are eating enough, and not

enough food can cause migraines..I also believe breakfast is the

most important meal of the day..

I do not know what the miatake supplement is although I have heard a

few others say the miatake mushroom is good for thyroid issues I

really have not looked into it, although I have heard it mainly at

the hyper board so it maybe something to look more into.. when did

you start the supplement?

Like I said this is only a suggestion but to give you an idea what I

am thinking I will type up a revised schedule for you..

I would also try illiminating the fish oil and the Vitamin C as one

contains iodine and Vit C is known as a stimulant.

I take synthroid (56.25 and 60 mgs of Armour first thing..usually 6-

8 am

Around 10 am..I take Miatake supplement, msm, and borage oil

pills. (Add a B-Complex)

by 10 am also do the Protein drink( FOOD plus assure your protien

drink does nto have the no no's in it)

at 12 noon I take 33.75 mgs Armour

I eat an omlette around 1pm

at 4:00 (when Oprah comes on) 15 mgs Armour

at about 5 pm I eat some crackers with peanut-butter

6-7 pm Eat a meal (meat and vegies)

at 8pm (after the tab shows) 7.5 mgs Armour

9 pm maybe...I'll eat some berries or yogurt.

At around 10 pm I take melatonin with milk ( move iron here and

magnesium also add calcium+Vit D)

Illiminating Coffee will actually trigger migraines and even I have

not been able to give up the coffee..

One thing I do notice though is minus a protien drink your first

meal of the day is 1pm..then 5pm, 6pm and sometimes 9pm..

This is not good for you..assuming you are close to being dosed

properly and your body is healing it could be possible that your

body now needs more, this could explain the head aches and why you

are feeling rough.

I believe Topper has said if you dose Armour sublingually then it

removes the food issue so the only issue you need to worry about is

Synthroid 1 hr before or two hours after you eat.

Vitamins and herbs are absorbed better if taken with some food.

Iron/Calcium should be spaced 4 hours from T4 medication..this

includes the T4 in Armour.

Calcium and Magnesium and Vitamin D work well together as they help

each other out..Calcium and Magnesium taken in a 1:1 ratio will help

you sleep better.

Assuming you were revved up that you may have been a little hyper

then you also need to assume that hyper depletes your body of B

vitamins, protien, Calcium and a few others. Adding the little green

pill ( iodine) being hyper is enough to increase antibodies, hypo,

hyper, too little iodine, too much iodine all increase antibodies.

Hope this makes sense to you and gives you a few ideas to look at..

I will take a look at the hyper board and see what I can dig up on

the supplement..
