Guest guest
> Like everyone else, I just want to feel better! Suggestions???? It takes time and getting rid of T4. RT3 is only made from T4, get rid of the T4 and no more can be made, stop making it and the levels decay, initially in the serum and eventually in the receptors. None of the other things will make it happen faster, they may slow it down by promoting T4 production.. The liver is involved in T4 to T3 conversion, this is bypassed on T3 only. Iodine promotes T4 production, not what you want. Ferritin, Cortisol, and T3 are the important ingredients. Vitamins D and B12 are also important (though B12 affects ferritin rather than thyroid direct as I understand it).
