Liver donor's family, recipient unite online July 6, 2008 - The Associated Press In an operation in Pittsburgh in 1984, 's family donated their daughter's liver to Trine, making her one of the nation's youngest patients ever to receive a liver transplant. Years later, the two families have reconnected online and will meet this month at the U.S. Transplant Games in Pittsburgh.
