About the difference between your supplements and what your OB

suggested, that could be made up easily by including some calcium

rich foods in your diet.

  • 5 years later...

I also post on a J-pouch site and one of the people there has suggested

a vitamin called Forvia, and I am wondering if anybody here has tried

it.

It is supposed to be good for people who have IBD,Chrons, UC or other

absoption issues of vitamins and minerals.

thanks for any feedback,

Beth B
