Fred takes VSL #3, but he would say that the1600 mg. of SAM-e he takes

per day is working for him as well or better than the VSL #3 for

colitis. He says someone should do a clinical study on the relationship

between SAM-e and UC. The SAM-e calms his brain which calms his gut.(I'm

sure Dave would have a better scientific explanation!)
