Guest guest
My daughter the massage therapist tells me that there are MTs that are trained in massage techniques to relieve swelling in legs and other extremities. She has taken classes in treating people, especially cancer patients, with swelling from treatments, and has some very happy clients. It is important to ask about a MT's training and experience. In some states MTs need little training and are not regulated well, so check first. I have docs that will recommend massage and some who don't believe in it. I suppose there must be info on massage techniques for caregivers to use but I don't know that for a fact. Take Care MizKitMcCain or Obama?
