At 100mg of ALA should I raise?

I am one of those people that apparently does good on sulfur. NAC,

sulfur foods etc, ALA don't bother me. I climbed up ALA pretty

quickly and have done about 5+ rounds on 100mg. I'm thinking probably

15-20 rounds all together. All ALA does is make me feel better when

I'm on it, sometimes when I get off my ears will ring for a day or so

but the side effects on are pleasant, (actually better than off) and

when going off a round are not bad at all. Can I bump up to 150-200

mg? I am not a small person, I am 26, male, 6'3 and 245+ pounds.

Main complaint at this point is just fatigue, tired all the time,

depression, etc. I take 20 mg cortisol all the recommended

supplements amino acids etc. I still wake with a basal temp of like

97.0 degrees under the arm-pit. I am being tested for thyroid right

now (f-t3/f-t4 tsh etc) I do have gilberts, and I know part of that

phase can be effected by thyroid probs. Anybody have any ideas?
