Hey

there,

I

have a marvelous chiropractor and she’s been a huge help. My big issue is

that my pelvis constantly slips out of alignment which in turn causes pelvic

floor pressure which can then trigger vulvodynia. She also does extensive

trigger point release work in my glutes and psoas.

My

chiropractor is very mainstream – she’s not a member of the “misaligned

spine” can cause all sort of weird issues club. Her training seems to

have been very good – not only rock solid chiropractic techniques but

internships in inner city general health clinics and good solid general medical

training.

Also

– I’m working with a quite good cranial-scacral massage therapist. She

is also amazing – the work she does in my lower abdominal area is

tremendous. And it’s all very subtle – not at all like normal

massage therapy. When I first started seeing her, I wondered if anything was

even going on. But when you relax and zone in on the massage, you can feel the

hands moving quite slowly and the underlying tissue and organs beginning to

slowly rearrange themselves. It’s pretty great.
