Guest guest
I added 6.25 mcg T3 to my 5PM and bedtime dose and I couldn't sleep. I backed off the 6.25 at bedtime (kept the extra 6.25 at 5 PM) and still couldn't sleep, but also had a little drowsiness the next morning so I took 6.25 mcg an hour after my 2 grains NTH in the morning and it helped with the drowsiness. The next night I dropped the extra 6.25 mcg T3 at 5 PM and still couldn't sleep, but I took 2 grains NTH with 6.25 mcg T3 in the morning and felt awake and energized. Now the challenge is whether I'll be able to sleep tonight. Note that I've been stressed the last two days because I had to train 15 people by myself over the two days. I stressed dose yesterday 20 mg extra and 15 mg extra today. My temperatures are stable between 98.0-98.2, but not going up. Is it ok to add the T3 to the early doses? Should I be watching for an opportunity to increase the T3 or should I consider totally replacing the NTH with T3 and following the protocol on the RT3 site? Dosing as follows: 5AM - 2 Grains NTH w/10mg HC + 6.25 mcg T3 9AM - 10 mcg T3 w/10mg HC 1PM - 1.5 Grains NTH w/5mg HC 5PM - 6.25 mcg T3 9PM - 10 mcg T3 w/5mg HC My ratio was 18% when I switched to the RT3 protocol. Thank you, Peaches_II > > > >I wake up ok, but sometimes a little drowsy still and if I'm not drowsy first thing, then I usually get drowsy within 2-4 hours after waking. Otherwise, my mood is good, my energy is good, and I am feeling generally well. My temperatures are stable between 98 and 98.2, but my weight isn't budging. >Nick wrote: > Sounds like you are still a bit hypo with those temperatures but on > the right track. > > I suggest leaving the natural dose where it is and seeing what > happens if you add an extra 12.5 of T3. Guest guest
I wondered if that might be the overriding factor. I'm going on vacation next week, would you recommend trying the increase to my 5PM and bedtime doses of T3 again when the stress has subsided? Thank you so much, Val!
