Phone consult with Treatment plan: Progesterone cream Re-start cortef Artichoke up to 3x/day along with vit c and b complex Kelp- start with one per day - work up to three Tyrosine -750mg one in the a.m. Actually the supp sent is only 500mg Multivit with iron - I am low on ferritin I am also supposed to take fish oil and probiotics. Vitamin D - 1000 mg a day I am not new to biomed. What I do understand thru helping my daughter recoverying from PDD-NOS and my nt son (both have high arsenic and mineral derangements)is how to treat yeast, viruses and I know some about Andy's protocal. We are using it for our daugther. I have done a lot of reading on diet and enzymes which has been very helpful for my kids. I am VERY green at understanding anything beyound that. I have a terrible memory - seriously and I am having awful agitation. I feel like I am about to blow frequently. My anxiety is at an all time high. I have been short with the kids thus feeling guilt and feeling like a terrible mother. I am feeling very stressed - like a need a good drink. (I am not a drinker) I have been on zoloft in the past but stopped due to feeling flat. I really need to know how long I should give this protocal a try. I feel like I am hanging on by a thread and am wondering if I should just go back on zoloft. Feeling numb is better than always feeling edgy. I will do my own research. I hate to ask so many questions but I am in a bad spot right now and it could take me awhie to understand all of this. I know I need to reach out for support from friends and family so I don't need that lecture. Honestly, my kids (especially the one with PDD)is on many supplements. I chart them and do very well with being consistent with them. I am burned out. Buy the time I get to myself I am just tired of pulling out supps. I am doing better at taking supps because I want to get better but have room for improvement. What I am taking Left over Solary vitamin C that my husband feels is junk and my kids are using Kirkman brand. Left over Mannatech AO - just using it up before it expires 20mg of cortef in a.m. with food- last two days I have missed this. I have taken the Tyrosine a couple of times when I remember to take it upon waking. Why do you need to take this immediately after waking? What does it do? What about side effects? Vitamin D - 1000 mg a day. I am faithful with this. I have not added in the Kelp yet. What is it supposed to do anyway? This week I started the Progesterone Cream. I having been getting really hot at night. Tried the Artichoke. I don't have a hard time taking pills but everytime I take this I seem to gag. Wonder if my body is trying to tell me not a good idea. After taking this for four days I stopped. Don't understand what it does either. B Complex from Jarrow - I have been taking this twice daily but my urine is really bright colored. This makes me think I might just be dumping money down the toilet. I am not taking the probiotics or multi-vitamin with iron. Any good recommendations on multi brands? I know I won't get better unless I take the stuff. I spend tones of money on probiotics and other supps for the kids. Burned out with how expensive all of this is. I am hard on myself that I haven't taken good care of myself and that I have ignored my own health while trying to save the kids. There is just only so many resources. If I can not continue to take all of these supplements on an ongoing basis which ones are the most important. Ok, deep breath!
