If you have not done a trial of sulfur food elimination to

see if that is an issue for you, I recommend it.

Today, I have some weird neuro symps I never had

before like when I lift something off a shelf, I feel tingling in my

hands...Do you think if I was on Round for 7 days it is OK to start

back up after 5 days off?

Before starting a new round I would make sure you are taking all the

important supplements, especially vit C, E, omega3 oils, B complex,

maybe chromium, maybe others.

It's not good to get in the habit of breaking the " as many days

off as on " rule. Part of the reason for this is to make sure your

body has time to heal and replenish nutrients.

I needed a lot more nutritional support than I was getting when I

started. I encourage you to think about whether you are getting

enough.

If you have all the basics on board, then starting a new round

might be worth considering.
