I could never take t3 that late..I tried, but was miserable and couldnt sleep. I now take my last dose at 4 pm and sleep like a baby.

Yes, I do think some experimenting will be needed to get this on track. My other thought is timing...if the timing of one medication is not ideal to the other. If it was me, I'd try taking the "bedtime" dose of T3 before bedtime (by maybe a half hour? or an hour?)...then the HC right at "lights out".
