About a month after that I had been scouring the Internet for Armour and

I finally found it. IN my travels I also found a website that talked

about low sodium and fluid retention. So I starte dboth Celtic sea salt

and Amroru together. I had no clue about adrenasls then but I also took

TONS of DHEA as it was the only thing that gave me any energy. I took

100-200mg daily! Basically I credit Armour and sea salt for saving my

life.. Who;d a thought thyrodi and SALT woudl save someone in congestive

heart failure wiht a BP 245/148! It was a real lewap of faith and

desperation to take the salt then, btu it worked and almost immeediately

I saw some fluid reduction. It has taken a LONG time but those are the

important things I did. I also switched ot all organic foods as much as

I could afford which back then wasn;t much. I left a stressful

relationship and moved cross country to get away form him and my family.

On my own was WAY better than the stress I lived with there. I did not

feel liwk I would live for about 1 year or so after that, but then I

knew I was getting better.

Wow. Just wow.

I too found the salt thing, quite by accident, some eight years ago.

I found it reduced water retention and made me feel less weak &

shaky.

I think (though no one tested it) I was very high in cortisl then. With

my BP that high I HAD to have been, and the DHEA was helping to balance

that. I really did not have a clue back then and was just going on what

made me feel better and what research I had at the time.
