, both the Hydroxyzine and Estrace cream are prescriptions. The Estrace is so good because it literally helps rebuild the tissue. I was beginning to have little tears in my skin when I started using it. They cleared up, and my skin is in much better shape. I don't experience burning when I pee anymore either (which I use to all the time). I'll send some info about the Estrace for you. ~Chelle
