Joanne, I downloaded the article for you. I'll email it.

Unfortunately, this is my last week at Albany Medical College. I've

taken a position at the college where my husband is on the faculty,

which eliminates my 75 minute commute (Hooray!!). I will still have

library e-journal access, but it won't have the same range of medical

journals, though I might be able to get them via interlibrary loan.

Thanks. I got the email, but the attachment didn't come through. As

I sped through the emails from overnight, I accidentally deleted yours

- too much spam came through today. Sorry. If it's not too much

really close to home.
