Guest guest
http://www.nolacuisine.com/2005/11/14/-sausage-recipe/ I was looking up info on mirlitons because I was born and raised in LA and have never heard of them. I have seen them, but have never eat them. Anyway, I found a recipe for andouille sausage which is one of my fave sausages. Of course, you'd leave out the step where you add the milk powder and i'd leave out the sodium nitrite too.

UGH And, it pasted wrong anyway... it stripped out the word andouille. http://tinyurl.com/aru96a http://www.nolacuisine.com/2005/11/14/andouille-sausage-recipe/ I was looking up info on mirlitons because I was born and raised in LA and have never heard of them.
