I took the advice of Val and Nick and got Ferritin and Adrenals up first before

starting Cytomel.

I read Nick's post on the website about starting to dose T3. But it is

confusing to me. Can anyone help with starting doses of T3? Ratio of RT3 to T3

is 10. So I have severe RT3 issue.

Temps are now stable, still low, but stable. So want to start T3 soon. Just

don't understand the starting dose and how to increase over time.
