Have to take T3 at exact same time?

Hi there,

I am about to start the T3 protocol to clear my RT3 and I ran into 's

temperature syndrome, and they say that T3 has to be taken at the same time i.e.

to the minute everyday. Is this something I would have to worry about, as I am

going to try and take the T3 4 times a day to lessen the stress on my adrenals,

compared to the 2 times a day that they recommend.
