Very good article by members of this group. I enjoyed the information and

Now I do disagree with removing this skill. I would say its better to have it

available, but increase the education levels. A service could work out clinical

opportunitys with the local OR to allow Paramedics to do multiple intubations

each quarter. This should erase the problems with the success rates thus

improving patient outcomes.

I do agree though that more focus needs to be placed on proper ventilation.
