Very inspiring - and sometimes just nice to be able to say: " that's how I do it too " :-) And then I thought somebody perhaps wanted also to hear about a menu made for a larger group of people. I was married last week and we made a buffet for 45 people. Almost everything was SCD, which nobody didn't notice if they didn't know. We made a lot of small kebabs, which people took to a big grill themselves. They were: 1) big shrimps, scallops and squash 2) honey marinated chicken and small tomatoes 3) Tuna with sesame seeds 4) tenderloin with rosemary and lemon Other things were: a) Pieces of baked eggplant with a tomato-parsley-garlic salsa Steamed green beans sauteed in butter and garlic c) Ovenbaked tomatoes, very spicy d) Meatballs made of lamb and squash Then there were some dip: - parsley pesto - hummus made with squash There were a few non-SCD things too (homemade bread and a potato salad), but who cares with all the other great things :-) We had a fantastic day.
