Dry red wine: Question for Mara

Hi there,

I had assumed that all dry red (and white) wine is legal. However, I

noticed that Mara indicated in a message about LDN that dry red

French wine may cause problems, whereas dry red Italian wine may not.

Can you clarify? I'd like to understand exactly what is legal and

what isn't. And if French wine is illegal, and Italian wine is not,

can someone explain why??
