There are TWO things that cause issues when you start T3 or Armour, well

three. Starting/staying on too low a dose, LOW IRON, and low cortisol.

If iron and cortils is good or well supported, you should have no

problems. You can raise T3 every 3-5 edays as long as oyu get no anxiety

or hyper like symptoms as thye will indicate intolerance.

Thanks for your reply. I know how busy you are. I looked at my most recent Ferritin levels, from 2008, and they were either 90 or 99. All other iron tests are good. I don't have a problem with those. Did a Saliva Corisol test last year and It was also good, except for higher numbers at nights, which is probably makes falling/staying asleep difficult. I just started Melatonin so I hope that helps. I am expecting this to work out, but I will keep posting and probably asking questions as I go along. Keep up the good work.
