Develop a placement network with providers who have common goals and objectives to improve the service delivery system within a geographic region. ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Lin is the Vice-President of Programs and Services at the Palm Beach Habilitation Center. The Center provides Employment, Job Placement, Residential, and Senior Services for individuals with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. He has worked with individuals with disabilities since 1986. is a Certified Vocational Evaluator and was certified by the State of Florida as a Behavior Analyst for ten years. He has an undergraduate degree in Social Science and has completed graduate coursework in Marriage and Family Counseling. He has worked with local colleges and universities in their social work and occupational therapy programs. is asked to speak on disability related issues for a variety of non-profit organizations and the sheriff's department. He has served on the Board of Directors of a Senior Housing Project since 1997 and is currently serving as its Board Vice-President.
