I have improved it somewhat - but not totally. And actually being on 6 mg of dmps is not that bad. I just still notice some effects with it but I guess that's normal? I just took a nap and woke up feeling pretty good - yet I'm still chelating? Yesterday, I was feeling kinda crappy but not now? So, I guess its the ups and downs of chelating. And I'm kind of a small gal - so I'm thinking small doses might suit me better? I mean all sorts of sizes and shapes are using dmps here so a small female wouldn't be nearly at the same dose as a big guy? dmsa upset my stomach and I didn't want to wake up in the night to take it. But I tried it again a few months ago and it wasn't that bad? I think what stephanie said was right - you have all different symptoms when you chelate. So, I'm going to stick with small doses of dmps for now (6 mg) and I'm also going to stretch it out this round - like 5 days instead of 3. so confusing..
