In Safe Uses Of Cortisol (3rd ed), Jeffries says that influenza

attacks the body by interferring with ACTH and production or

cortisol. So this would seem to indicate that a large increase would

be okay.

Gee, that means that this list may be the only people who survive

if bird flu ever goes epidemic.. - seriously though, there actually

IS an article about the use of corticosterids with the bird flu on

PubMed:
