my recent results- switching back to t4-please help

m recent results showed a tsh of 13 way above the ref range.

t4 4.9 ref 8.0-21.0 pmol/L

tsh 13 ref 2.5-6.0 u

m doctor took me off my meds. i was on 135mcg of armour. my t3 was high

results showed

t4 8.8

t3 8.6

tsh 0.03

i was functioning better in general. thinkng clearer. energy levels the

same. sleep not so good. No weight loss at all

my new gp did ot understand armour as he is not trained in it

i came off for 14 days and felt dreadful. could not focus, pains in my

head and chest.

i asked to be retested and my results came back as above. my doctor is

now saying to start on 25mcg of t4 to begin. i have ignored him and

ststarted on 50mcg of t4 built up to 75 and today on 100mcg within a

week. i am still getting horrible painsinmy head. sleep is not good

i wasnt to go back on armour. can i switch back to my normal dose with

slightly lower intake. or will i have to rebuild back in. can somone

help. i am not happy wit having been taken off everything. it has set

me back. work life etc
