Well..Yesterday was my first day going completely off T4.

It took a leap of faith, and was stemmed from frustration.

it was an ok day, but tooday i feel more tired.

A little bit of background, I have been a runner and swimmer, untill i got lyme

disease.

My first healing with lyme, i stopped running and would walk with my mom . and

i practiced gentle yoga.

If eel like in the end, alot of healing happened with this, i am a kinesthetic

person and the running wasnt appropriate a nd i needed an alternative.

Theni got beter have been able to swim..but i have gotten sick again this past

year and developed the RT3 problem...which i think holds the key to alot.

anyway, i am suppporting my adrenals with herbs.

wheni go swimming i am usually ok, but wheni take a shower and eat i feel like i

am seeing stars....i get tired and then kind of restless..and just out of it. i

have tried aminos, elyes, etc...nothing has really helped this. it did get

somewhat better when i decreased armour and t4 so that tells me the extra

thyroid hormone was really stressing my system.

I want to ask Val or Nick if i might be a candidate for HC. could my adrneals

be why i feel like this after swiming, even thought i am going so light and

gentle? i have always felt against the HC , but then i read the article on the

thyroid/adrenal site and wow..it made so much sense! how long do people need ot

be on it? do peopel gain weight? i am still trying to get the thyroid balanced

but i could use a scarecrow to point me in the right direction....thank you so

much for all your time and all you do Val and Nick.

In health, Misty
