Training Middle School Teachers

My son is transitioning from E/BD cluster 5th grade to mainstream middle. His

proposed IEP states that the middle school personnel will be trained to my son's

IEP and PBIP. How long does it take to train the personnel? And what happens in

the interim? And does middle school have a Behavior Specialist on staff full

time? If not, who handles crisis intervention? And who is trained in restraint?
