Didn't do a ferritin this time. But last time it was 81. Val mentioned that

often the ferritin is elevated in those with inflammation. Not sure if I have

inflammation or not. I did the iron panel per Val's rec. Do you think I need

to do another ferritin?

I will start taking Blue Bonnet iron. As you can imagine I am quite anxious to

get started. :)
