Good work Christy! Congrats. I especially like your nostalgia about

nostalgia. Could you post doses of dmsa and ala, frequency, how many days

on and off?

Thanks,

Dean

encouragement/progress report

I just wanted to post some good news. After 16 rounds of chelation I

have seen these improvements:

increased body temp (now normal)

No more cold hands/feet

sleeping through the night (while off chelation)

dreaming often and remembering them

increased verbal skills (remembering my expanded vocabulary)

rekindled interest in reading and comprehension

increased energy (accomplishing housework and even exercise!)

more social activities/ less isolation

more feelings of nostalgia ( I missed this!)

increase in feelings of care and concern for others

decrease in PMS symptoms

If this is how I am feeling now, I am really excited about how I could

feel a year from now! I hope this helps motivate everyone to keep

going!

Christy

Thanks! All amalgams were removed Jan '07. I had horrible

experiences with using a large dose EDTA suppository before I found

Andy's book.

I am now using 50mg DMSA with 50mg ALA (I especially like a brand

called Jarrow)every three hours. I started three days on and four

days off. I am now able to tolerate six days on and seven off before

the symptoms get too bad.
